The QUBE Tour 2018 will be called Do DJs Dream Of Electronic Beats?
The tour title is a homage to the classic science-fiction novel Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick.
The masterpiece ahead of its time, written in 1968, was the inspiration for what – 14 years later – will become one of the most acclaimed Sci-Fi movies of all time: Blade Runner. Directed by Ridley Scott, starring Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer and Sean Young, the neo-noir film had a huge cultural impact and has been very influential to the Cyberpunk movement. 2018 will be the 50th anniversary of the epic original novel – reason enough for QUBE to pay tribute to Philip K.
